My TV Card only supports 50Hz and I set my Wii to 60Hz. To reset the Wii to 50Hz press reset on the Wii while pressing down on the directional pad on the wiimote.
Do One nobody cares this has now been used by hundreds of people and if you look its actually the first one on google so "nobodycares" nobody cares what u have to say!
Awesome dude! Round the family's house for Christmas, dreaded grey screen as my Wii was set to 60Hz and the family's (Phillips) TV didn't support 60Hz. This reset trick to 50Hz saved the day! :)
